Ting was born from a problem almost every product team runs into sooner or later: sending notifications to customers across multiple channels at once — LINE, Telegram, Discord, and whichever platform each customer happens to prefer.

Instead of building a separate webhook integration for every platform, maintaining a subscriber list per channel, and firefighting every time a platform's API changes, we believe teams should be free to focus on their own product instead.
