How credits work

For the curious: the mechanism behind the price

  1. ฿300 per app per month is all you need to know. What follows is the mechanism, for the curious.
  2. Money you add is held as credits on your account: ฿100 buys 1 credit, top up any time, credits never expire.
  3. Each app deducts 3 credits per 30-day cycle, that is ฿300, regardless of how many messages or channels it uses.
  4. With auto-renew on, the deduction happens on its own when the cycle ends and you are told each time. If your balance is short you are warned before the due date.
  5. Your first top-up lifts the trial limits for the whole account at once, both the app count and the daily message cap.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. You get the full product for 14 days the moment you register. You only pay if and when you choose to top up.

What happens after 14 days if I have not topped up?

Sending pauses. Your apps, settings, followers and history all stay exactly as they were. Top up, renew the app, and sending resumes immediately with no re-setup.

What does the ฿300 include?

Everything for that app: unlimited messages, every channel, the chat page, the widget, webhooks and full API access. There is no hidden per-message or per-follower charge.

I run several systems. Do I need several apps?

One app is one notification room that followers join. Several systems that notify the same people can share one app. Create more only when you want separate audiences or brands, and you pay only for the apps you keep switched on.

Are the destination platforms’ own fees included, such as LINE or SMS?

No. Ting connects to your own account on each platform, so whatever that platform charges stays with you as before. The Ting Notifications channel in the mobile app has no extra cost at all.

Do I have to renew by hand every month?

No. Leave auto-renew on and the credits are deducted for you when each cycle ends, with a notification every time.
