Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-10
These Terms govern your use of Ting (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ting is a notification hub that lets you connect messaging channels (LINE, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, SMS, push notifications, and generic webhooks) to a single account, send notifications through them, and manage two-way conversations with your own customers through them.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password and API tokens confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including messages sent through the API using your credentials.
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. During the trial, or for as long as an account has never topped up credit, usage is limited (one application, and a daily cap on successful message sends). Topping up removes those limits. Credits are purchased at a fixed rate (100 THB = 1 credit) in amounts that are multiples of 100 THB. Each connected application is billed a fixed number of credits per 30-day cycle to stay active, either renewed manually or automatically if auto-renew is enabled and there's enough credit. Deleting an application, or letting it lapse, does not refund credits already spent for the current cycle.
4. Refund policy
All credits and fees already paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including when an account or application is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. If your account is used for anything unlawful or inappropriate — for example, sending notifications to harass or disturb others, or sending clips, images, or files with inappropriate, unlawful, or rights-infringing content through the Service — that is solely your responsibility as the account holder. Ting is not involved and bears no responsibility whatsoever, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, and to comply with the terms of service of every third-party platform (LINE, Meta, Discord, Slack, etc.) you connect through Ting. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used to violate this section or a connected platform's own policies. You are solely responsible for the legality of the business, product, or system you operate through the Service. Ting is only a notification-infrastructure provider — we do not review, endorse, or otherwise participate in your business operations.
6. Third-party platforms
Sending and receiving messages through a connected platform depends on that platform's own availability, API, and policies, which are outside our control and can change at any time. We're not responsible for a connected platform being unavailable, changing its API, or suspending your account on that platform.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the messages and data you send or receive through the Service. You're responsible for having the right to send that content and to contact the people you message through connected channels. The Service is not an archive: messages and files sent or uploaded through it are kept for 1 year and then deleted automatically (see the Privacy Policy for details). Keep a copy in your own systems if you need anything longer.
8. Termination
You may delete your account or any application at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. Unused credit for the current billing cycle of a deleted application is not refunded.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including messages that fail to send or arrive late due to a third-party platform's own outage or rate limits. If your account is used to carry out any unlawful activity, Ting bears no responsibility for, and is not involved in, any resulting damages, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately without prior notice and to cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Contact
